Your Role with the Company: Rheumatologist
  • Full-Time
  • Great Physician onboarding process
  • Outpatient setting collaborating with a team of 6 MD's, 1 APP
  • 8:00-5:00pm Schedule. Schedule and patient volume are flexible. Admin lets providers drive their patient load and no expectation for certain number of patients seen per day
  • Personal concierge service to providers available M-F to support strong work-life balance
  • Compensation 300-325K annually with RVU and bonus incentive program. Potential to earn 15% of their entire compensation as a yearly bonus
  • 20-40K signing bonus
  • 10K moving relocation
  • 7500K annual CME
  • PSLF Loan Forgiveness
  • 6 weeks PTO
  • EPIC EMR
  • Open to fellowship stipends
  • Visa Sponsorship: H1B and J1
  • Call: This is a two-week rotation that is every 14 weeks for inpatient and evenings. Typically don't go in the hospital for call.
