Position Overview:
The Roll Tender is responsible for efficiently ordering, inspecting, mounting, and splicing paper while ensuring a consistent supply of materials throughout the production process.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED/HiSET
- At least 6 months of manufacturing experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to safe and productive work
- Reliability with strong attendance record
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull weights up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Frequent standing, walking, handling, and reaching required
- Good visual acuity and manual dexterity necessary
- Compliance with safety gear regulations (hearing protection, eye protection, and safety shoes)
Schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (36 hours/week)
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 36 hours per week!
- Extra shift incentive for day shifts!
- Eligibility for a $1,000 hiring bonus after 12 weeks of employment!
