As a Sales and Operations Manager, you will be vital in leading day-to-day sales and operations while upholding exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the sales team to help them achieve their sales targets through coaching, motivation, and comprehensive support.
- Stay informed on financial metrics, inventory levels, and other critical data.
- Ensure that all products are well-stocked and attractively presented for customer engagement.
- Oversee payroll management, and the recruitment, hiring, and training process for store employees.
- Handle daily operational tasks associated with institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts.
- Promote our lesson programs and offer assistance to our teaching staff.
- Deliver unparalleled customer service to every individual who walks through our doors.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00/hr plus bonus opportunities, contingent on your specific location, background, and experience.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of retail experience
- A passion for and experience in music
