SALES ORDER PROCESSOR/ACCOUNTANT

Description:
Input orders into company system
Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
Arrange outbound shipping using various trucking companies
Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
Communicate with customers as needed
Perform accounting duties such as posting AP invoices/AR collections
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Associate degree or higher
3+ years of order processing OR accounting experiences
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Data entry experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
