About the Role
We are looking for a talented Vice President of Sales for our Heavy Equipment Rental division. In this key role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth and achieving company-wide profitability goals. You will develop and manage a high-performing sales team, crafting effective strategies to enhance our market presence in both current and new regions.
You will actively represent the executive team in all business development endeavors, cultivate strong national relationships, and lead your team to consistently exceed financial targets.
To qualify, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a marketing-related field, alongside a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading sales teams, ideally within the heavy equipment rental, construction, or transportation sectors. We seek an individual with exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and critical-thinking capabilities, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
As the VP of Sales, you will lead by example, engage in safety initiatives, and collaborate closely with the CEO to enhance marketing efforts. Your success will also depend on your proficiency in CRM tools and organizational skills, alongside a willingness to travel for business.
