Position: 1099 Contract Satellite Installer

What You'll Do:

• Install satellite internet systems at customer locations to enhance connectivity.
• Securely mount satellite dishes in optimal positions to ensure maximum signal reception.
• Run cables and connect equipment efficiently for seamless operation.
• Configure and program satellite receivers to meet customer specifications.
• Thoroughly test and troubleshoot installations to guarantee everything functions perfectly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support by addressing any questions or concerns.
• Educate customers on effectively using their new satellite systems.

What You Need:

• Comprehensive knowledge of telecom systems and related equipment.
• Experience in fiber splicing and low voltage cabling.
• Proficiency with hand tools and network installations (Cisco routers knowledge is a plus).
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience as a service technician is a bonus.
