School Nurse - Floater

Are you a versatile RN who loves the fast-paced environment? The Exeter Township School District is looking for a detail-oriented, compassionate School Nurse to promote the health and well-being of students by providing medical care, health assessments, and wellness education while supporting a healthy school environment. This position will be stationed at our Senior High School, but will require traveling to our other buildings, as needed.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide direct health care services to students and staff, including first aid.
• This individual will be expected to provide critical support to student health needs; creates and implements Individual Health Plans; contributes to 504 plans; offers classroom lessons on health and hygiene.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and district policy.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with state and district requirements.
• Conduct health screenings as mandated by state guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
