RESORT OVERVIEW: Sugarbush Resort is seeking a Season Pass/Ticket Supervisor to assist in the daily operations of the Season Pass/Ticket booth. This role involves providing courteous responses to guest inquiries, coordinating staff scheduling, and ensuring positive and prompt service to guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcoming and professional guest service
• Coordinating daily operations of Season Pass/Ticket booth
• Knowledge of current products, promotions, and procedures
• Promoting and selling products, cash handling, and assisting with staff cash outs
• Acting as a communications conduit between line staff and manager
• Maintaining up-to-date records and logs
• Ensuring prompt and courteous service, assisting guests in selecting products

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous supervisory experience and customer service and cash handling experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Availability to work a flexible workweek, including holidays and weekends
