About the Role: As a Senior Account Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and customer support to our account teams. Under the guidance of an Account Manager (AM), Account Executive (AE), or Producer, you will ensure high production and quality standards while managing complexities of customer service effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Guide the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring efficient workflow among support staff.
Policy Management: Track existing clients' policy expirations and ensure timely and accurate renewal processes.
Task Processing: Manage policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and other administrative tasks.
New and Renewal Business Support: Conduct research, gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, and negotiate coverages and pricing.
Contract Review: Support contract reviews to ensure necessary coverages are included.
Accounts Receivable: Monitor accounts and manage delinquent collections efficiently.
System Maintenance: Keep agency management systems updated with accurate information.
Activity Monitoring: Ensure timely completion of all tasks and maintain organized activity records.
Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with the account team regarding workload and issues.
Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service, anticipate client needs, and respond swiftly to requests.
Policy Compliance: Stay current on company policies and best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek to improve team and individual performance.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
Active licensing required; CISR professional designation preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional skills in customer service, communication, multitasking, and organization.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.

Salary Range
The expected pay range for this position is $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience, relevant skills, and geographic location.
