Rohadfox Construction Management Services is excited to announce an opening for a seasoned Senior Asset Renewal Project Manager to support our prestigious airport client in West LA.

As the Senior Asset Renewal Project Manager, you will report directly to the Asset Renewal Program Manager and play a crucial role in managing the development and implementation of work packages and Task Orders. You will oversee projects from the design development stage through to construction, ensuring that all aspects are executed effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary representative for the Client on the project.
  • Establish and uphold standards for documentation and meeting records.
  • Coordinate design and pre-construction services with relevant Client divisions and Jurisdictions Having Authority (JHA's) such as Planning, FAA, TSA, AQMD, and more.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, identifying and resolving needs while adhering to project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring all necessary elements are fulfilled.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with design and construction professionals, fostering open communication for mutual problem-solving.
  • Prepare and present key performance indicators (KPIs) and decisions to governance bodies, including executive staff.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment that reflects professionalism and boosts team morale.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, particularly in airport projects.
  • Experience managing projects valued at over $50 million.
  • Familiarity with various delivery methods including Design-Bid-Build and Design/Build.
  • Exceptional management skills with proven success in leading teams.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills coupled with in-depth knowledge of industry regulations and practices.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field is required.
  • A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc., are highly regarded.

Additional Information:

  • Willingness to take on additional duties as required.
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular hours or shifts as necessary.
  • Consultant must provide a company laptop for business use, and a cell phone will be provided.
  • This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, based in the office or on the project site.
  • Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be necessary and is included in the salary.
  • Must reside within commuting distance of the airport.
