The Core Automation Team is made up of driven innovators focused on developing AI infrastructure and automation solutions that boost productivity, encourage innovation, and positively impact our customers. We aim to streamline operations for customer support and compliance teams while delivering outstanding customer experiences. In your role as a Software Engineer on our team, you will be essential in this transition, utilizing top-tier AI models, frameworks, and tools, along with a wide array of data sources, including blockchain data. Your contributions will be pivotal in dismantling barriers to cryptocurrency adoption and shaping the future of AI-driven customer interactions.
What you will do:
- Explore and implement cutting-edge Generative AI techniques, such as large language models (LLMs) and Agentic AI, to tackle complex organizational challenges.
- Lead project execution by managing priorities, timelines, and deliverables while leveraging your technical expertise.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Golang to meet critical product and business demands.
- Design scalable, secure systems using modern cloud technologies and industry best practices.
- Guide team members on design principles, coding standards, and the adoption of AI productivity tools.
- Resolve intricate technical issues to enhance system reliability, scalability, and operational simplicity.
- Review and ensure the security, scalability, and architectural integrity of feature designs across teams.
- Develop pipelines to connect with third-party vendors and improve workflows.
- Demonstrate responsible use of generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily activities, continuously learning as tools advance and applying human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs while driving measurable enhancements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proven track record in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services, with a robust understanding of microservices architecture.
- Ability to produce high-quality, well-tested code to fulfill customer needs.
- Deep appreciation for high-quality code and software engineering processes, fostering an environment that promotes these values.
- Strong technical skills in system design and coding.
- Passionate about creating an open financial system that connects the world.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a preference for open and transparent cultural practices.
- Proven ability to responsibly utilize generative AI tools and copilots in daily workflows, staying informed as tools develop and incorporating human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs and drive significant improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience navigating rapid company growth (e.g., transition from startup to mid-size).
- Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks/tools, Python, GoLang, Docker, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Background in AI/LLM infrastructure is a strong plus.

Pay Transparency Notice: *Depending on your work location, the target annual base salary for this position can range from $186,065 to $218,900 USD. Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, along with benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
