Senior Brand Manager

De Soi, cofounded by Katy Perry and Morgan McLachlan, is a fast-growing startup that makes sparkling, ready-to-drink non-alcoholic apéritifs.

De Soi is seeking a Senior Brand Manager who will, under the direction of the CEO, play a fundamental role at De Soi in spearheading our omnichannel brand strategy. This role will be responsible for: owning all key customer touch points, igniting a passionate customer base, evaluating key strategic and tactical brand activation opportunities, and working cross-functionally to plan and execute major marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of De Soi's brand and its implementation across channels, including, content production, communication strategy, public relations, events, and partnerships
• Ideate, plan, and develop all omnichannel marketing campaigns (new product launches, new retailer launches, and holidays), while coordinating cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution
• Support sales and digital marketing organizations by preparing presentations and other related materials, and managing external resources to produce brand-consistent digital assets, respectively
• Ensure that De Soi continues to deeply understand its customers and shares a compelling, cohesive story as it expands across new channels and new products
• Inform the evolution of De Soi's brand story while maintaining consistency across all channels
• Expand brand activations channels to create memorable brand moments for customers and retailers (OOH, community events, cross-brand collaborations, strategic partnerships, pop-up shops, etc)

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand strategy or related experiences
• Experience at a brand that has gone through explosive growth
• Experience building and leading teams
• An obsession with brand, creative, and story-telling
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Passionate, positive attitude
• Self-starter mindset - ready to bring ideas to the table and carry them across the line
• Exceptional communication skills
• Collaborative, open-minded and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be based in Los Angeles
