Senior Care Assistant
South Lanarkshire
12 - 13 per hour
48 hours per week

Responsibilities
Administer medication
Assist in creating and implementing care plans
Support a team of care assistants providing guidance
Record keeping
Personal care including bathing and dressing
Provide physical and emotional support to residents whilst promoting independence
Create and maintain relationships with residents and their families

Requirements
SVQ3 in Health and Social Care
Experience in a similar position is preferred
Ability to take leadership and support junior staff members
Have a passion for care and support
