Senior Clinical Nurse - Cardiology

Join our dynamic team in the Medical/Surgical Cardiac Hospitalist department, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care as a Clinical Nurse III. We are looking for compassionate and skilled professionals to work the night shift and make a difference in patients' lives.

As a Clinical Nurse III, you will:

• Manage and assess patient needs throughout their care episode with a focus on facilitating progress towards discharge.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and compassionate patient care is delivered uniformly.
• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform necessary treatments, all while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patient conditions.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed decisions about patient care management.
• Provide primary and emergency care for a range of injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as per physician directives.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to create effective care plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Lead and guide ancillary personnel to maintain high standards of professional nursing care.

Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

Hourly Range: $36.73 - $60.93
