Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

The Senior Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in fostering a compassionate and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues through acts of kindness and attentive listening. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, special tests, and document care as per company policy and applicable regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Regularly assess and evaluate patient needs and their responses to the administered care.
• Exercise sound nursing judgment in making patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications, including over-the-counter and prescription drugs.
• Collaborate closely with the nursing team to develop personalized Care Plans for all patients.
• Guide and supervise ancillary personnel while maintaining high professional nursing standards.

Salary Range: $33.00/hr - $60.93/hr
