Senior Clinical Nurse

Join our dedicated Float Pool team as a Senior Clinical Nurse and make a significant impact on patient care! In this role, you will help create a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening.

Your responsibilities include:

• Implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, and performing treatments and special tests.
• Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
• Assessing and evaluating patient needs and responses to the delivered care.
• Applying sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
• Providing primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administering medications as ordered, both over-the-counter and prescription.
• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for patients.
• Directing and guiding ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing.
