Senior Clinical Nurse - Rehabilitation

Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments while adhering to company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care effectively.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed, both over-the-counter and prescription.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for each patient.
• Guide and supervise ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of a professional nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree).
• Current NYS Registered Nurse license required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained and maintained.
• 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surgical or Progressive Care settings.
• Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of quality improvement concepts and ability to apply relevant principles and tools.
