Senior Consultant - Oracle Health - Infection Control

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in the design, configuration, activation, and support of Oracle Health Millennium solutions across Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. Our dedicated Federal Consulting team is committed to enhancing electronic health records systems for active-duty personnel, veterans, and underserved populations.
In this role, you will leverage your consulting expertise to deliver high-quality functional and technical solutions on complex customer engagements. You will collaborate closely with clients, apply Oracle methodologies, and ensure that our solutions meet their needs.
Your qualifications include:
- 5-7 years of experience in relevant functional or technical roles, including experience with Oracle Health Millennium solutions.
- Experience in infection control practices.
- Background in healthcare IT consulting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as required (up to 50%).
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating independently to deliver quality work products, exercising good judgment within defined policies.
- Handling varied and complex tasks to implement Oracle products and technology effectively.
- Leading projects and consulting with management across client organizations.
- Engaging in business development activities to foster growth.
- Developing and configuring solutions for moderate complexity projects.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $25.48 to $60.63 per hour, translating to an annual salary of $53,000 to $126,100, with potential for bonus and equity options.
