About the Role
Join our esteemed banking institution as a Senior Credit Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our credit operations. We are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee all aspects of the credit department and to enhance our credit policies and performance across various areas, including commercial real estate, commercial and industrial, and small business administration credits.
In this leadership position, you will guide the credit team in the development of loan products and procedures that uphold the integrity of our lending portfolio. Your expertise in credit analysis will be essential as you conduct rigorous portfolio stress testing and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
As a member of our bank's leadership team, you will actively participate in key committees and contribute to achieving our annual loan growth objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial and credit analysis and lending, emphasizing C&I lending. Management experience is crucial, and familiarity with loan workouts and SBA programs is preferred.
A formal executive bank management education or a degree in a financial industry-related field will serve you well in this role. You will be adept at crafting and analyzing credit presentations, drafting business correspondence, and interpreting loan policies while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines.
Maintaining strong relationships with the SBA and supporting guaranteed loan programs will also be key to benefiting both the bank and its borrowers.
