Your Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines that teams depend on.
- Automate infrastructure for predictable and supportable environments.
- Support secure, regulated containerized platforms.
- Collaborate with software and cyber engineers to address delivery challenges.
- Adapt to shifting program requirements and technical environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with a BS/BA; 6 years with an MS/MA; or 3 years with a PhD.
- Must have a Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes is essential.
- Candidate must reside in the San Diego metro area.
- CompTIA Security+ Certification or ability to obtain it within 45 days of hire.
- 5+ years of proven experience with:
- Containerization (e.g., Docker, Podman, Buildah).
- Container Orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm).
- CI/CD automation tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, AWS Code Build).
- Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Linux systems (e.g., RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Automation and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
- Experience in:
- Cloud computing infrastructure or development (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Full stack software development (e.g., Java, Python, TypeScript, React, SQL).
- Atlassian suite tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket).

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This range reflects typical salaries for this position, determined by various factors including responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and geographic considerations. Employees may also be eligible for overtime, shift differentials, and discretionary bonuses.
