Role Overview:

As a key leader within the marketing team, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing & GTM, you will be instrumental in shaping our strategy to transform customers into passionate advocates. Your impact will be measured by our ability to cultivate an engaged and loyal customer base.

About the role:

  • Create and implement a customer advocacy strategy that enhances customer experiences and builds robust brand loyalty.
  • Develop strategies to boost customer engagement, retention, loyalty, upselling, and cross-selling through tailored campaigns, advocacy programs, and collaboration with sales, product, and customer success teams.
  • Expand the customer community to actively engage and nurture customers throughout their journey, helping them achieve optimal security outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture deeply rooted in empathy and a customer-first approach.
  • Collect and analyze customer insights, usage analytics, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and enhance performance.
