Job Description: Join us as a Senior Enlisted Leader, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our enlisted personnel. As the primary advisor to the wing commander, you will advocate for our enlisted Airmen, ensuring they are well-trained, equipped, and ready to meet mission objectives.

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and overseeing the development and welfare of both full-time and traditional enlisted Airmen.
• Implementing and monitoring organizational policies and programs that support operational effectiveness across the ANG enlisted force.
• Advising on matters of readiness, training, professional development, and quality of life for all enlisted members.
• Engaging regularly with units and activities, providing guidance and support to enhance morale and mission awareness.
• Collaborating with group superintendents and first sergeants to strengthen the overall health and performance of the wing's personnel.

Your leadership will ensure that our enlisted force remains dedicated and motivated. You will also:

• Coordinate and manage special programs, such as the Honor Guard and Stripes for Exceptional Performance Promotion Program (STEP II).
• Identify needs and develop strategic plans that align with the wing commander's priorities.
• Serve as a key link between enlisted personnel and the command structure, facilitating communication and addressing concerns.
