ChemCert Training is an Australian owned Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering nationwide courses in agriculture and chemical training with our head office located in Chatswood. Our aim is to provide students with relevant training, knowledge and understanding in the ag industry and equip students in their field of work.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Full Time Senior Enrolment Centre Officer for our growing Enrolment Centre (EC) Team which is based at our head office in Chatswood. You would be reporting to the EC Manager and working in a small dynamic team where your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a high level of customer service as the first point of contact for students and clients

  • Taking student bookings, processing payments and answering queries about our courses

  • Entering customer information into our student database and enrolling students and completing administrative tasks such as booking venues, sending confirmations, and making outbound calls.

  • Organisation of in-house courses for clients, including providing quotes and confirmation details and liaising with trainers

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with the client and trainer base

  • Delivering service that meets the expected quality standards and is compliant but most of all going above and beyond for our customers with every interaction

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 3+ years in Customer Service / Enrolment Centre in RTO environment

  • High level of customer service skills

  • Understanding of ASQA compliance requirements will be highly regarded

  • Experience in JobReady or similar Student Management System will be highly regarded

  • Possess strong communication skills

  • Be proficient in Microsoft applications

  • High attention to detail

  • Eagerness to learn new things and grow in a role

  • A can-do attitude with a great team mentality

  • Sales/outbound calls experience will be highly regarded

  • Knowledge or experience of government funding relating to training will be highly regarded
