Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client portfolios while collaborating with the bookings team to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate equipment and freelance crew bookings for various broadcast projects.
  • Handle essential administrative tasks, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and maintaining comprehensive job sheets.
  • Oversee projects from initial quote through to successful completion.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar environment, such as rental houses or equipment companies.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Rentman software is a plus.
