Senior Financial Analyst

POSITION LOCATION: Wabash, IN

Hybrid Position

POSITION SUMMARY: The Finance team at Bridgeview Eye Partners is an integral part of the business infrastructure. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in developing the standards to which the company is measured. This role will work closely with the Vice President of Finance, CFO, and the Bridgeview leadership team to develop scalable reporting and models to measure the company's success. This position will assist both the Accounting and Finance teams in creating efficient procedures while improving existing processes

REPORTS TO: Vice President of Finance

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Analysis & Reporting
Partner with the Operations teams to monitor financials and help make informed financial decisions
Work closely with the Reporting team to create, develop, and maintain reporting for company-wide use
Maintain and enhance Budgeting and Forecasting models for use both internally and externally with investors
Develop and maintain financial models for various uses
Utilize Key Performance Indicators to monitor company performance and educate the end users
Partner with the Operations teams to monitor financials and help make informed financial decisions
Creating ad hoc analyses for the Executive Team, external investors, and other leaders in the company
Mergers & Acquisitions
Gathering, compiling, and analyzing potential practice purchase financial information
Creating methodologies to track achievement of MSO goals pertaining to M&A
Strategic Development
Promote organization innovation and change
Collaborate across the organization to identify financial reporting needs and develop scalable solutions
Promote operational excellence to achieve company growth
Maintain compliance with the organization's policies and applicable regulatory guidelines
Special Projects
Working on special projects as requested
Other various tasks as assigned to ensure Accounting and Finance teams are operating efficiently

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
3 to 5 years of previous financial analysis experience preferred

Pay range: $60,000-$75,000
