This senior-level role is pivotal in steering the buying strategy to enhance brand presence, optimize product offerings, and boost sales and profitability. Collaborating closely with the Buying Manager group and GM of Product & Brand, you will influence key product areas and strengthen market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay ahead of fashion trends with insightful analysis and application.
• Exercise financial accountability to maximize business performance.
• Drive brand development initiatives and establish a clear brand vision.
• Oversee the development of product ranges, ensuring alignment with market demands.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing team, managing 4 direct reports and 15 indirect reports.

Qualifications Required:

• A qualification in Fashion or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Buyer role or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in a fashion business with a strong performance track record.
