Position Overview: We are on the hunt for a Senior Growth Strategist with a strong grasp of performance-driven strategies, to fuel our next phase of growth. This role is tailor-made for a marketing maven who excels in using data-driven methods to drive business outcomes and can deftly maneuver in an omni-channel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Marketing Leadership: Devise, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels to drive business growth.
• Data-Driven Insights: Harness the power of analytics to refine campaigns and ensure maximum ROI.
• Budget Management: Effectively allocate and manage a significant ad spend, ensuring optimal returns.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest in performance marketing, ensuring Movable Type is always ahead of the curve.
• Team Development: Mentor and lead a team of performance marketers, nurturing a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Must have managed and been responsible for over $5,000,000/y in ad spend in a previous role.
• Proficient in leveraging data analytics to inform performance marketing strategies.
• Expert-level knowledge in meta and Google marketing, both search and display.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a track record of driving growth.
• Exceptional copywriting skills are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with marketing automations and page building tools.
• Proficiency with: Hyros, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Zapier, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Lucky Orange, Hotjar, ClickFunnels, WordPress, Elementor, Madgicx, UTM parameters, Webinar Jam.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
