My client is a established law firm seeking a highly skilled Senior Jamf Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Jamf Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving firm's IT infrastructure, with a focus on Mac, OS, Jamf, and Windows technologies. Additionally, you will lead and manage a small team of Service Desk Engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain our firm's IT infrastructure with a focus on Mac, OS, Jamf, and Windows technologies.
• Manage and mentor a small team of Service Desk Engineers, providing guidance and leadership to ensure the team's success.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to end-user devices, servers, and networking infrastructure.
• Work collaboratively with our IT team to support and improve the firm's technology systems and services.
• Maintain security and compliance standards for all systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline IT processes.
• Conduct regular system updates and patch management for all devices.
• Stay up to date on the latest technologies and trends in the industry.

Requirements:

• IT infrastructure role, with a focus on Mac, OS, Jamf, and Windows technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Jamf Pro.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
