We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Laboratory Scientist to join a fast-paced, 24/7 laboratory environment. This leadership-focused role is ideal for a strong technical professional who enjoys mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality laboratory operations. Rotating shift.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
ASCP Certification required
Hematology experience required
Minimum of 3 years of laboratory scientist/technologist experience

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and assess competency of laboratory staff and students
Perform and interpret complex laboratory testing using scientific principles
Support daily technical operations, including instrumentation and workflow oversight
Maintain departmental policies, procedures, and accreditation readiness
Manage proficiency testing processes and ensure accurate data submission
Collect and analyze performance improvement data and document progress
Promote fiscal responsibility and efficient lab operations
