Senior Mortgage Loan Officer

We are seeking a Senior Loan Officer with proven skills in:

• Conventional, Government, and Non-QM loans
• Fluency in Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Prospector (LP)
• In-depth knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines

1. Provide guidance to our 6 new Loan Officers over the past 30 days
2. Structure and support loan applications with precision
3. Teach best practices in file structuring and assist in developing team skills
