Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior MRI Specialist-IV Certified.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible and must have the ability to perform general and specialized MRI procedures of designated anatomical areas which meet the department's standard of quality; respond to allergic reactions and other life-threatening patient conditions arising while the patient is in the department; treat patients, visitors, and staff with courtesy and tact; maintain confidentiality of patient record and information; work effectively under stress and adjust priorities as circumstances require; organize work assignments, maintain accurate and complete records; maintain a high degree of accuracy in procedural detail record keeping; work independently on-call completing all required clerical and technical functions. Monitors and reviews the work of the staff and assist supervisors when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ yrs of MRI experience
- New York State License(Radiologic technology, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Therapy)
- ARRT Primary Certification/Registration
- Advanced ARRT Certification/Registration in MRI, Intravenous Contrast Administration Certification in New York State, BLS Certification.
Required Licenses: Magntic Rsnc Imge-RT(MR)(ARRT), Radiologic TechLic IV-Cert-NYS, Am Registry Of Radiologic Tech

Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
