The OCI Security Products Group is dedicated to delivering a robust suite of solutions designed to safeguard customer cloud environments through innovative strategies and unmatched efficiency. Our key security components include customer isolation, data encryption, security controls, and enhanced visibility. Our strategic focus is on proactively identifying system vulnerabilities and threat activities, analyzing issues, and implementing measures to remediate, notify, and neutralize attacks from malicious entities targeting our customers' cloud environments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define the scope, plans, and milestones for establishing a new trusted infrastructure.
  • Lead enhancements of existing applications hosted on OCI infrastructure.
  • Ensure critical milestones are met timely and maintain alignment and visibility for executive leadership regarding key deliverables.
  • Manage risks, issues, and action plans to ensure a path to success for programs.
  • Facilitate and guide technical discussions across cross-functional teams, achieving buy-in and alignment at all levels.
  • Collaborate across teams to establish and implement best practices.
  • Engage with partner teams both internally and externally with Oracle.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading large cross-functional technical programs.
  • 15+ years of expertise in program/project management, release management, or related fields.
  • A proven program management leader adept at overseeing large-scale OCI programs independently and representing organizational needs in executive forums.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to convey status efficiently to diverse teams, senior leadership, and various stakeholders (both technical and non-technical).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience engaging with both business and technical staff across all organizational levels, including executives.
  • Solid analytical and planning skills complemented by strong interpersonal abilities to handle competing demands.
  • Expertise in leading technical design discussions, summarizing complex trade-offs and options clearly in presentations and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

The hiring range for this role varies between $109,200 and $223,400 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity. Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
