As a Product Manager focusing on Finance Systems, you will be part of our Enterprise Applications and Architecture team. Your mission will be to drive automation through a suite of integrated enterprise systems and technologies, streamlining operations to allow our finance team to concentrate on high-judgment tasks. In this key role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in finance processes and financial systems, primarily supporting our ERP, NetSuite, and other financial technologies. You will work closely with our finance/accounting teams to capture business requirements for scalable technical solutions that support company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Finance/Accounting stakeholders to define optimal technology solutions for scaling finance business processes.
- Analyze current processes, conduct fit/gap analysis, and transform business requirements into technical solutions.
- Work with Product Managers and finance stakeholders to implement the product roadmap for NetSuite, Zip, Workiva, and additional financial applications.
- Showcase comprehensive knowledge of NetSuite capabilities including General Ledger Accounting, Financial Reporting, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash.
- Create essential product management documents such as Functional Specifications, Data Flow Diagrams, and Business Process Mapping Diagrams.
- Design scalable solutions in NetSuite and other applications, encompassing customizations, workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with business system analysts and engineers to develop and implement automations and technical solutions.
- Formulate and execute testing plans, leading integration and user acceptance testing with cross-functional teams.
- Address and resolve production issues, prioritizing these against the existing backlog according to severity and impact.
- Support business process transformation initiatives that enhance efficiencies in critical areas like Month End Closure and Financial Reporting.
- Facilitate solution walkthroughs, application demonstrations, and user training sessions.
- Assist in preparing change management documents, including runbooks.
What We Seek:
- Strong knowledge of finance-related processes like Order Management, Billing, Collections, Revenue Management, Procurement, Expenses, Payables, General Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
- In-depth understanding of Record to Report Finance processes, including month-end accounting and financial statements/reporting features in NetSuite.
- 5+ years of system administration experience with ERPs like NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, and other finance applications such as Workiva, Zip, and Floqast.
- 4+ years of direct configuration experience with various NetSuite modules including General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Payables, Receivables, Payments, SuiteTaxes, and customizations.
- 3+ years of experience with large-scale ERP implementations and integrations using middleware technologies like Workato, MulseSoft, or Boomi.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and reporting via Jira.
- Knowledge of production support, incident and defect management processes.
- Passion for continuous learning about new systems and a willingness to contribute to supporting our expanding finance functions autonomously.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
- Ability to responsibly leverage generative AI tools and practices to enhance productivity and deliver high-quality business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA or Chartered Accountant designation.
- NetSuite Certification.
- Experience with Workato or similar middleware solutions.
- A genuine interest in the crypto economy and decentralized finance (DeFi).
- Background in the financial industry.
- Experience with multi-country and multi-currency ERP implementations.

Salary Transparency Note: The target annual base salary for this position ranges from $170,765 to $200,900 USD, excluding additional equity and bonus eligibility, as well as benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
