As a highly motivated Senior Product Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of Clinical AI Agents—from ambitious concepts to final release. Collaborating closely with data science, engineering, and UX teams, you will identify new opportunities, set training data standards, manage the model development process, and guarantee the delivery of safe and effective AI solutions that provide real clinical value.

Your Qualifications:

  • Over 7 years of experience in product management.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering AI/ML products across various industries.

  • Familiarity with large datasets, analytics, and user engagement metrics.

  • Experience navigating clinical workflows and regulated healthcare settings is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations within healthcare is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Generative AI and AI frameworks.

  • A track record of successfully launching innovative products.

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Product Strategy & Roadmap: Create and maintain product roadmaps focused on delivering user-centric features that encourage healthcare professionals to embrace AI capabilities in their daily tasks.

  • Apply AI & Emerging Technologies: Keep abreast of advancements in NLP, large language models, and generative AI. Implement these developments to optimize clinical workflows and distinguish our products from competitors.

  • Explore Opportunity Areas: Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and internal teams to pinpoint high-impact clinical workflows for transformation via AI agents.

  • Lead Concept Development: Convert abstract ideas and unmet needs into concrete product concepts, detailing problem space and success criteria.

  • Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with data science, engineering, and UX teams to shape agent functionality and user experience.

  • Data Strategy & Acquisition: Spearhead the creation and curation of high-quality datasets necessary for training and validating agent models.

  • Model Development Oversight: Oversee the training, tuning, and evaluation of models, ensuring adherence to clinical goals and compliance standards.

  • Validation & Safety Testing: Establish protocols to evaluate agent performance, usability, and safety in simulated real-world conditions before launch.

  • Product Readiness & Delivery: Assist with release planning, documentation, and training to ensure seamless launches of new agent features.

  • Compliance & Risk Awareness: Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards for data privacy and reliability of Clinical AI Agents.

  • Customer Engagement & Feedback: Build relationships with lead customers, gather user insights, and adapt product features based on clinical needs.

Compensation: The hiring range is $82,500 to $199,500 per year, with additional opportunities for bonuses and equity.
