  • Deep knowledge of building codes relevant to Science & Tech, Industrial, and Water/Wastewater markets.
  • Familiarity with building systems integration in relation to various project types.
  • Experience managing ground-up new builds, core and shell, and interior fit-out projects.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative setting with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written), coupled with robust leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with alternative project delivery methods (Design-Build, Progressive-Design-Build, etc.).
  • A strong design sensibility paired with technical proficiency in architectural practices.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design principles (e.g., LEED, WELL).
  • Proven ability to lead project teams and mentor junior professionals.
