Senior Project Manager - Water and Wastewater

• Lead and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional projects.
• Manage project tasks and teams with diverse technical skills across various locations.
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced consulting setting.
• Foster collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
• Participate in business development and marketing initiatives aimed at expanding our client base.
• Promote health and safety in every aspect of project execution, whether in the field, office, or personal environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design of water and wastewater treatment, collection, and distribution systems.
• Proven experience in project management and business development.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects.
• Current PE license in KY or ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in the water/wastewater sector.
• Recent familiarity with clients in the KY market.
