Senior Revenue Staff Accountant

We are excited to invite an Experienced Revenue Staff Accountant to our vibrant accounting team. This pivotal role will be crucial in facilitating the month-end close process, conducting account reconciliations, testing system modifications in Oracle and Salesforce, and championing ongoing process enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of revenue accounting along with experience in financial systems.

In this position, you will...

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Execute account reconciliations associated with revenue and relevant balance sheet accounts.

• Test and verify changes in Oracle and Salesforce to maintain proper functionality and data integrity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and implement process improvements and boost efficiency in revenue accounting.

• Assist with audit requests and support special projects as needed.

• Analyze financial data to provide valuable insights to management for informed decision-making.

You are a great fit if you...

• Have 3+ years of revenue accounting experience, ideally in a dynamic setting.

• Are proficient in Oracle and Salesforce (required).

• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Are highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, and able to meet tight deadlines.

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving and a collaborative spirit.

Extra credit if you...

• Have experience with financial system AI tools like Snowflake for data analysis.

• Are proficient in Excel and other reporting tools.

• Have a proven history of identifying and executing process improvements.
