Senior Salesforce Implementation Consultant

TechOhana has partnered with a tech company focused on delivering cloud-powered software solutions specifically tailored for businesses in the consumer goods sector. They have won a number of projects and are looking for a Senior Salesforce Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce Implementations: Manage and direct end-to-end Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and user requirements while driving project success.
• Team Management: Supervise a team of 6-7 junior consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional development and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive results.
• Project Oversight: Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, utilizing best practices to manage risks and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Training and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for team members and clients, promoting a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Strategic Input: Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on Salesforce best practices and emerging trends within the Consumer Goods sector.

Requirements:

• Salesforce and Consumer Goods Experience: Proven experience in the Consumer Goods industry, with a strong background in Salesforce implementations, specifically end-to-end project experience.
• Certification: Minimum certifications required are Salesforce Administrator and Data Architect (preferred). Additional Salesforce certifications will be a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team, providing direction and support while fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexible Work Arrangement: This role offers hybrid working options in London, as well as the possibility of fully remote work for the right candidate.
