We are seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join our Business Tax Services practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tax compliance and advisory services tailored for pass-through entities and partnerships, specifically in the Asset Management industry.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide industry-specific insights and support.
  • Establish and nurture client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Lead teams of tax professionals and assistants on various client assignments.
  • Guide clients with expert tax advice and maintain accountability for high-quality service delivery.
  • Engage in market and business development activities outside of firm operations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in pass-through, partnership, or corporate tax within an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with eligibility to sit for the CPA exam.
  • Strong advisory and compliance skills, coupled with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple client engagements and lead service teams.
