Qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred, or a combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Employee Benefits underwriting.
  • Proven success in nurturing robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Adept at analytical thinking to propose solutions to business challenges.
  • A high-energy, self-motivated individual with resilience and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong organizational and desk management skills.
  • A goal-oriented mindset focused on delivering results.
  • A willingness to challenge the status quo and strive for success.
  • Superior technical knowledge combined with sound analytical and decision-making abilities.

This position offers a hybrid or remote work arrangement. Candidates residing near one of our office locations will be expected to work in the office three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday). For those who live farther away, a remote work structure will apply, with occasional office visits as business needs arise.

Compensation: The annual base pay range for this role is $78,160 - $117,240, reflecting market analyses of similar positions. Actual pay may vary based on performance, proficiency, and competencies specific to the role. The base pay is just one element of our comprehensive total compensation package, which may also include bonuses, long-term incentives, and immediate recognition rewards.
