The ideal candidate will possess a PhD or MD/PhD in a relevant field such as immunology, oncology, or molecular biology, along with a demonstrated leadership background in biomarker discovery and precision medicine. A strong focus on cancer immunotherapy and experience in advancing clinical candidates, filing INDs, and interacting with regulatory agencies are essential. Candidates should also exhibit:
