Position Overview: As the Senior Vice President of Casualty Operations, you will play a pivotal role as a strategic partner to the President of Casualty. Your main responsibility will be to enhance execution, alignment, and operational discipline throughout the Casualty organization. You'll transform strategic plans into effective operations, drive leadership effectiveness, and ensure consistent performance across our wide-reaching operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Partnership & Operational Leadership: Act as an operational thought partner, helping set key priorities and drive accountability within the Casualty leadership team.
  • Strategy Execution & Program Leadership: Lead high-impact initiatives supporting Casualty’s strategic priorities, ensuring they are well-resourced and executed with rigor.
  • Performance Management: Own the leadership operating rhythm, partnering with Finance and other teams to ensure consistent performance metrics and actionable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with various departments to execute Casualty priorities and promote change management efficiently.
  • Communication & Leadership Enhancements: Elevate communication standards, ensuring clarity and consistency in decisions across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within operations or strategy in complex organizations, with a focus on financial services or insurance.
  • Strong operational performance management and service delivery understanding.
  • Ability to synthesize complex issues, demonstrating executive-level communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with a results-oriented, collaborative leadership approach.
