About the Role
The Company is looking for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Development to lead the launch and management of its industrial vertical. In this influential leadership role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of industrial development, from strategic planning through to successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include driving development initiatives across a substantial industrial-zoned site, crafting and executing business plans, and steering predevelopment activities.
The ideal candidate will engage in key capital and partnership discussions, including negotiating with institutional partners, structuring joint ventures, and showcasing opportunities to the family board. You will serve as the public face of the industrial platform, fostering essential market relationships and playing a significant role in building a high-performing, entrepreneurial team culture.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 15 years of experience in industrial real estate development, with a demonstrated ability to lead intricate projects. Familiarity with industrial markets in Texas or comparable high-growth areas is highly favored. A hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership style, strategic thinking, and a strong sense of accountability are paramount for this role.
