About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Human Resources who will deliver exceptional leadership and strategic direction across all HR operations. You will have the opportunity to shape and implement HR policies and best practices, supporting the Chief People Officer in achieving long-term talent management objectives.
This pivotal role encompasses leading mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and integration initiatives, managing innovative HR projects, and fostering positive employee relations. As a crucial member of the HR leadership team, you will provide expert counsel on HR topics and ensure compliance with legal regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree being highly preferred, alongside a minimum of 10 years of senior HR management experience.
Your skill set should include strong project management capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record in all key HR areas. Experience in the defense contracting sector and SHRM-SCP certification are advantages.
We are looking for a results-driven leader possessing excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, capable of building strong partnerships across various business functions. Key responsibilities will include providing HR business partner support, driving talent management and performance programs, and acting as a senior HRBP for operations and corporate functions teams.
