About the Role
The company is actively seeking a Senior Vice President of Human Resources to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the HR department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for key HR functions including hiring, HR compliance, employee relations, and compensation/benefits administration. Working closely with the CEO, you will enhance the HR department's capability to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced team builder with outstanding communication skills and a strong desire to foster a work environment that is second to none. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, while a Master's degree and HR certifications are preferred.
