About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic SVP, Head of Investment Finance, who will play a crucial role in managing the financial close and reporting cycle for our substantial investment portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional ready to take charge!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial activities related to the investment portfolio.
• Leading initiatives for process improvements and implementing automation technologies.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance portfolio analysis and reporting.
• Providing essential insights for effective portfolio management and guaranteeing precise internal and external reporting.

To qualify, candidates should possess:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in investment accounting, with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
• A professional accounting designation such as CA, CPA, CMA, CGA, or ACA.
• A thorough understanding of investment accounting, U.S. GAAP, and relevant regulatory compliance.
• Experience with various investment types including fixed income, publicly-traded equities, privately-held equities, and alternative investments.
• Expertise in SEC and U.S. GAAP reporting requirements related to investments.
• Preferred familiarity with Clearwater Analytics and Bloomberg investment systems.
