About the Role

We are searching for a strategic and dynamic Senior Vice President of Project Management to enhance our senior management team and spearhead the transformation of lithium-ion battery materials production. In this vital role, you will oversee critical value creation initiatives, lead expert project management practices, and ensure the implementation of our patented technology with an emphasis on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred. You should have at least 20 years of substantial experience in project management, particularly within the battery materials, energy, or related sectors. A strong record of leading large-scale projects, alongside exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, is vital. You should thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and be able to work collaboratively across various departments to ensure project alignment.

Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining project management standards, supervising all projects to meet deadlines, budget requirements, and quality standards. You should have a solid background in materials and chemical engineering, production management, and cross-functional collaboration, with EPC experience considered an asset.

This role will involve shaping and executing functional strategies, delivering high-quality projects safely, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards. You must be adept at problem-solving while managing financial, quality, and schedule challenges. An attention to detail and a proven record of diligence are essential.
