As an SEO Specialist, your primary responsibilities will involve driving our clients' organic search presence through strategic campaign setup, monthly deliverables, and quarterly evaluations. Primary Duties:
Campaign Set Up Process:
- Identify and research keywords using tools like Moz.
- Perform comprehensive website analysis.
- Set up Google Analytics & Google Search Console.
- Verify citation consistency.
- Analyze competitors' SEO strategies.
- Perform On-Page and Off-Page SEO.
- Develop a content strategy.
Monthly Deliverables:
- Provide detailed SEO reports.
- Regularly publish optimized blog posts or articles.
- Ongoing On-Page SEO optimization.
- Manage Off-Page SEO tactics.
- Maintain website, identifying and resolving issues.
Quarterly Deliverables:
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits.
- Review and adjust SEO tactics based on data and trends.
- Continue to learn and stay updated with industry changes and best practices.
Performance Standards:
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of SEO principles, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to produce results within tight deadlines.
Skills Required:
Prior experience in SEO management and a strong understanding of digital marketing dynamics are essential. Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and basic programming languages is also required.
Working Conditions:
The SEO Specialist will work from our High Five office. Standard office hours are M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasionally, extended hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines.
