The Service Maintenance Technician performs deliveries, filter changes, and maintenance service while handling invoicing and collections. We will teach you everything you need to know to launch your career in the high-growth water treatment business!/ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliDeliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner/liliPrepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices/liliCompleting paperwork related to tasks in an accurate and timely manner/liliAssisting other employees with the delivery and installation of products/equipment/liliMaintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment/liliCommunicating positively with customers and maintaining positive public relations for the company/liliHandle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service/liliFollow all safety protocols and company regulations/liliConsistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment/liliEnd-of-route supervisor check-ins, with daily recaps/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school Diploma or equivalent GED/lili1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required/liliMechanical aptitude/liliA valid drivers license/liliAbility to use a mobile device or tablet/liliDetail-oriented, highly organized/liliAble to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships/liliExcellent communication skills with customers and teammates/liliClean and professional appearance/liliAble to regularly lift or move up to 100-200 lbs/li/ulpAs the worlds leading water experts, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality water solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
