Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee service flow and guide team members to ensure top safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed standards.

• Build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.

• Assist in operational support such as Purchasing, Receiving, and Inventory.

• Participate in interviewing applicants and support employee relations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant setting.

• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
